Eng beat NZ by 121 runs(Panesar-a career best of 6-126),to take the series;they must now be confident when they meet NZ at Lords in May for the 1st home TEST.

Panesar and Broad took 5 wickets between them,leaving NZ over300 runs still to get for the remaining 5.Eng gave Fleming a guard of honour as he came to the wicket for the last time in a Test Match.

At last Strauss comes into form with a century,along with Bell.Going into the 4th day with a lead of 501 seems sure to guarantee a match and series win!

What an extraordinary 2nd day with Sidebottom taking 7-47.Eng will start the 3rd day with a lead of 176 and 8 wickets left.Surely they cannot lose from this position!
